    I have an elite controller and steel series arctic 9x headset and for the past week or so the headrest would continue to disconnect and then re connect, the controller in the past 2 days has started to disconnect aswell as the headset, the headset is now at a point where it will work for 30 seconds then completely turn off and I have to turn it on and off again for it to reconnect, I have tried updating the headset (no update required), and I updated the controller, there was no changes, I then proceeded to factory reset the console and chose the keep settings option, it worked and the controller stayed connected for approximately an hour, it then proceeded to disconnect and reconnect it is now at a point where if I am playing it will disconnect then reconnect on its own every minute 3times so connect dis connect then play for a few second and repeat 2 more times, and then good for a minute,

    What can I do, there is no Bluetooth devises on in the house

    I understand you need help with your controller problem.

    If I may ask, have you already tried using a different controller just to see if it works smoothly? As this could already be an issue with the controller itself and might need a repair. You already tried new batteries and also tried using it wired, correct?

    Xbox one controller disconnects when I lose connection to the internet

    I know why my internet keeps disconnecting. What im saying is my controller disconnects when i lose connection. It will reconnect but on rare occasions it will not turn back on. Dont worry about the wifi part. All I need to know is if the controllers are
    supposed to drop conneection and then reconnect when the xbox all of a sudden loses internet connection. I dont lose control of the wifi.

    I do not recommend warranty work as i just waited 2 weeks to get a replacement controller instead if the issue’s fixed then what do you know day 2 my controller disconnect every 15min on cod MW this is my 3rd controller with same issue the only issue I’ve
    had with any is the disconnecting issue! And dont no why everyone us kept in the dark to what the problem is???
