    My controler shows it’s connecting then vibrates and shuts off. How do I fix it?


    Hey, so I was moving stuff around my room and then a glass of water fell onto the ground and then my controller did after, I cleaned it off and checked for water damage. I didn’t see and so I turned it on and I was playing my game for about two hours and then it shut off. I turned it back on and it just kept shutting off. I took the batteries out and changed them. And I went to turn my controller on. It does the connecting thing and then vibrates for like 5 seconds and then shuts off. I’ve tried updating the controller and plugging into my Xbox. Nothing has worked and I need help. So if someone could help me that would be great.

    My only BEEF is with the ability to SEE how much room is in my Hard Drive an to SHUT off the Damn Vibrator on the Xbox One Controller, before I get carpel tunnel syndrome!!

    Update: Turns out vibration is turned ON for my system, but the controllers don't vibrate.

    So I guess the issue is really that when any controller is connected to my system, when it's supposed to vibrate, it turns off.

    I personally enjoy the controller vibration, but users should have the ability to shut them off if they like.
