Eu estou to com um problema de Drift no analógico esquerdo.

O personagem fica se movendo mesmo sem tocar no controle.

Vi que isso é um problema que vem acontecendo com os novos controles.

Como posso solucionar?

Tenho meu xbox s a apenas 3 meses.

How can I get my controller fixed or replaced? I've been trying for months now and still nothing. Then I get an email today saying it's been replaced. It spent 3 weeks in a depo and returned. Still broken still not replaced. What's going to be done about this??????

It would be better to get in touch with our live support. They can verify this from their end.

You can request a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website. If you are facing any issues with that, please go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue. If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".

I would like you to check in the settings menu of each game that you play and look for character drift. Turn that option off and check again.

However, if the issue persists, it could be a hardware malfunction. If the controller is still under warranty, you may want to consider sending it for replacement. You can request a controller replacement using the link below.

yes this is a new controller I bought about 2 months ago

after using it for about 3 weeks the problem occurred and continues to this day

I have also connected the controller to a different usb port but the result is still the same

I have also connected the controller to another computer like my father's and my friend's computer but the result is still the same
