    My control is faulty and Microsoft won't respond to my emails


    Opened Xbox series S on 26 dec. Few days later the controller can't function without being on charge. It is new batteries that were included in the box. It is paired with the console.

    Hello Dean182232, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your controller.

    All accessories have a 90 day warranty so you should still be good. Please double check the controller warranty via this link https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-ne... where you'll also be able to set up a repair.

    Once the repair has been set up and you have received the shipping label via email you can pack up the controller. Please be sure to send only the controller and nothing else as Xbox does not guarantee that extra items such as triggers or thumbsticks will be returned.

    Yes tried different cables, unfortunately i have found out the controller is faulty after trying it on my friends xbox one & now my controller is not responding at all so hopeing to get replaced.
