My consoles bugging out

I’ve been having this problem for a few days now. My Xbox one is connected to my WiFi and when I test network connection it says everything is fine, I can even see my friends list and messages, but my Xbox keeps telling me to connect to Xbox network and I can’t play any online games or apps. I’ve tried resetting my router and factory resetting my console but I just get the same thing. I’m not sure if this is the cause but this all happened after I subscribed to game pass ultimate a few days back, my Xbox worked perfectly fine before then. I need some help because I’m completely lost on what I need to do to resolve this.

So I managed to connect my Xbox to a different network and wouldn’t you know it, it finally works. So I assume this means it’s a problem with my network. Thank you for the help I really appreciate it, but it seems I have another problem I need to try and solve.

I'm sorry to hear that. Here are the steps that you can try for your concern.

Solution 1. Power cycle your console

Please Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

Solution 2. Please go to settings> then Network> Network Settings> select Advanced Settings.> alternate MAC address> clear> restart.

Solution 3. I know your internet is working fine with other devices but for us to best isolate the issue, can you try connecting the console to a different network? A mobile hotspot for example?

Does this occur intermittently, in the sense the prompt will display mid-game or are you completely unable to play any games at any time?

If so, and this is a longshot mind you, have you tried assigning a static IP for your Xbox via your routers configuration page and port forwarding any relevant ports? It's something that shouldn't be required but I've noticed Xbox networking seems to be a tad odd regarding UPnP.

Perhaps check your routers system log; anything pertaining to your Xbox issue?

I am going to try and delete all of my data from the game since none of the corruptes worlds are recoverable leaving none that I care about. I am hoping that by eliminating corruptions in the game, that it will work properly.
