Chris, that already indicates a hardware failure in the console's sync button or in the internal connection of the console and this will possibly require a review. Have you tried a factory reset to the console just to check if the problem is corrected? Which console model is it?

I tried connecting it with a cable to my Xbox and it won't detect it. I also tried to connect it wirelessly to my phone and it connects but the white light on the controller keeps flashing, and it won't do anything. It only works when I connect it with a cable on my pc. It doesn't work on any other device wired or wireless.

Yes, I'm trying to connect my controller via Bluetooth on my Windows 10 PC (It worked before yesterday). When I connect my controller via USB Cable it works fine.

The XBox Button flashing slowly when it's turn on. When I press the sync button to connect via Bluetooth, the XBox Button flashes for 1 second and the controller turn off.

Is the USB cord connected to the controller and can't be removed? Or are you using a removable Play&Charge cable?

Usually, when the controller shows two alternately flashing LED's, it is a sign that the batteries are almost empty.

If it's a wired controller, it could be, that the wires in the cable are broken, and you have a loose contact in one of the wires (maybe because the cable was bent too much or too often).

In that case, the PC won't recognize the USB device properly, and in the case the controller was connected, the wire inside the cable lost contact, and then connects the broken wire again, the controller might be detected as a new controller device, and
is then assigned the "Player 2", "Player 3" or "Player 4" LED quadrant.
