    Really not sure why my console is banned was just minding my own business when suddenly i was told i was banned from the xbox network but i have done nothing to get reported or banned for so please help

    I don’t really think it’s a developers problem as my friends have finished these games on Xbox One X without crashes, I think it’s something about my console but I can’t figure it out.

    Banned for asking people to report someone

    It does not clarify. It gives me like 5 different things I COULD have been banned for and I can't find any dedicated team to help me figure out why. It also instantly denied my request for a reversal. It's why I want to talk to a human so I can figure out why and can plea my case because I think it's ridiculous that I got banned for anything I did, regardless of Xbox's reasoning.

    Vibrant Visuals button is grayed out. How do I turn them off?

    I don’t think it’s a problem with our GPU, there’s plenty of processing power to run pretty much anything.

    I am trying to figure out if there’s a server setting or something that is not allowing us to use that button.

    We don’t have any strange add ons.

    I don’t think our firewalls would alter one setting like that.

    I know that console players can’t opt out of vibrant visuals (BTW I don’t think it’s a good idea to make it so people can’t turn them off. They are driving me crazy). I can’t figure out if it somehow thinks I’m playing a console version?
