What console do you have?
Do you know if your device or the game received an update recently?
Are you using an insider build / beta OS in your console?

And, what did you tried so far to fix this

So as I was playing on my minecraft world my game froze. I decided to shut down my xbox and then unplug it. When I loaded back into my Minecraft world, it said: “There was a problem loading this world.” How can i fix this so i can get back on my
world? Thanks.

My world synced Every time I saved it, what is the point in playing the game if all progress can just be lost!!! It's a complete waste of time, they can't tell me how the world got corrupted which means it's absolutely pointless playing Minecraft as at any
point the world can disappear

Have you checked your connection? You might also want to contact Mojang, the makers of this game about it. The servers for Minecraft is apart from the Xbox server.

To be honest is hard to know why the other worlds has been corrupted as well
Maybe just was a bad coincidence :c

To avoid something similar in the future try doing regular backups for all your worlds
