My console it’s not letting me get the bundle it came with!

If everything appears in order then please perform the following procedure:

1. In your console settings, go to the "Account" section and select the "Delete accounts" option and choose the account in question. This will delete your profile from the console but you will not lose any of its data, don't worry. .

2. With the Xbox on, press the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it turns off completely.

3. Unplug the power cord from the console and wait 30 seconds.

4. Reconnect the power cable to your console and turn it on normally.

5. Then add the account back to your console so that all your profile information is downloaded again, it won't take long.

6. Check if the problem persists, if so then I recommend waiting a period of between 48 and 72 hours from when you redeemed the code since sometimes that time may take time to synchronize the things in your code with the game.

You've answered your own questions without realising it, the Titanfall bundle came with a free copy of Titanfall and the Forza 5 bundle came with Forza.

You don't get both games in each bundle.

I have checked my spam folder. Please let me give you some more details about my purchase and the promotion.

I bought the console on Dec. 23rd. During that time, MS was having a sale where (just about) all xbox consoles were $100 off. This was a recent thing, so you probably recall what I'm talking about.

The specific bundle I bought was the Forza Horizon 4 bundle. In the bundle details, it also read "Bonus Gears of War 4 digital code (emailed 10 days post-purchase)"

In fact, let me quote the store page that told me what the bundle was supposed to include:

I got Forza Horizon 4 just fine. It came with the console itself. HOWEVER, I have not been emailed a download code for GOW4 as of yet. I'm getting worried.

Yeah how do you think i feel when i had the xbox sunset bundle preordered since the 1st, my xbox ship on the 27th and then hours later they announced the 50 dollars off deal for the SAME bundle.

Now, imagine all those people that ordered this bundle getting *** over because deal came out hours later when the console ships on the 27th because it comes out on the 28 and its guaranteed day one shipping.

I feel like i should get a $50 gift card or refund. I also bought a xbox one when they first came out for over 530 dollars and no games. So i feel your pain but lets get really microsoft doesnt care or at least they havent shown to care yet.
