    My console isn’t loading any games or the Xbox store.


    Hello, my console won’t open the Xbox store or launch my games. Every time I launch a game, it says I don’t own it, yet I do. So it redirects me to the Xbox store, but then that doesn’t launch and it says it’s due to my internet connection. This is definitely not the case as everything is loading and downloading, I’m currently on Netflix and it’s streaming fine. Apps seem to be the only thing that loads. I restarted my console, removed my profile, power cycled the console and I’m not sure what’s going on. I’m on a series x and this is the first time I’m having issues. It’s starting to get a little frustrating as this has been going on for about an hour now.

    I'm having the same issue with Fortnite. I even tried to search for Fortnite, and click on the advertisement and Fortnite isn't in the store, so their store is messed up. They really need to bypass this issue and store our purchases locally on our system.

    I am having the exact same issues. None of my purchased games are loading. It just keeps saying that the person who purchased the game needs to log in. But I am the one who purchased it!

    I tried everything you said and while my console isn’t loading as slow any more, the store page hasn’t changed. Where it should say “Buy” it just says “Not Currently Available, Continue Shopping” and clicking it just boots me to the store’s main page.

    I paid $60 for this game and it won’t let me play it.

    Nope, that didn’t work. the Version I bought isn’t available anymore and was taken off my console and removed from the store.
