Based on the information you've provided, it's possible that your console is experiencing a hardware issue. However, before we jump to any conclusions, let's try some troubleshooting steps to see if we can get your console up and running again.



First, let's try a power cycle. To do this, unplug the power cable from the back of your console and wait for at least 10 seconds. Then, plug the power cable back in and turn on your console. If this doesn't work, try plugging your console into a different power outlet.



If the power cycle doesn't work, let's try resetting your console's display settings. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller to turn off your console.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds until it turns off.

3. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it back on.
