    MY CONSOLE IS BANNED


    HI IM CONTACTING YOU GUYS FROM JAMAICA AND EARLIER THIS MORNING IA WAS PLAYING GTA CREATING CHAOS IS ONE OF THE PUBLIC LOBBIES UNTIL I GOT KICKED OUT OF THE GAME, THEN I STARTED DOING SOME INVESTIGATION ON WHY I CANT GET BACK IN AND WHY UNTIL I STUMBLE UPON
    A NEW MESSAGE ON MY FLAT SCREEN TV SAYING I WAS CONSOLE BANNED AND I HAD VIOLATED SO MICROSOFT BREACH STUFF. I WOULD LIKE FOR YOU TO PLEASE REVIEW MY CASE AND SEE WHAT YOU GUYS CAN KINDLY DO FOR ME I HAVE THIS CONSOLE FOR 4 MONTHS NOW AND THIS IS NO SECOND
    HAND SYSTEM SO PLEASE CONTACT ME AND TELL ME SOME GOOD NEWS OH MY CASE BECAUSE IM REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO GET BACK IN MY HYDRA SOON TO FINISH WHAT I HAVE STARTED. THANKS FOR TAKING THE TIME OUT TO READ MY MESSAGE

    My console is banned?

    I rarely play games on xbox i have new slim 4gb one with kinect. All i really do is watch netflix and i just got on tonight to watch a movie and it says im console banned! Anyway to get my console unbanned?

    As stated on all enforcement notices and the
    Enforcement website Support is not able to provide insight or alterations to any Enforcement action.



    If you are looking for more info on a suspension we suggest reading up on the
    Code of conduct and the
    How do I? section of their site.



    This info will provide explanations as to why an account may have been suspended and what each type of suspension means and which are eligible for a
    case review.



    Keep in mind that all suspensions are granted after an investigation into the account and are never handed out just for being reported.



    We hope this info sheds light on why the suspension was issued and while we cannot assist further with this issue we are always happy to help troubleshoot other issues!

    MS staff can be recognized by an 'S'
    or an 'X' in their CUL level. Regular forum members, like us, have a number in their CUL.

    Microsoft do not un-ban previously banned consoles as they are permanent. They do not ban people's consoles/accounts lightly, they do so after several investigations.



    The most common reason for a banned console is modifying it, but there are other reasons such as marketplace theft.



    You might want to post in section 14 in order to get an official answer. Although they might just delete your thread and post a link like below as they do not discuss console bans.
