My console is banned without receiving a ban from the enforcement team and I cannot access any account at all on that console. I can access all my other accounts including this one on my other console.

Hello and yea I was wondering it the XBL enforcement team would please read this and help me out
Last night I was playing black ops when it said dissconnected from Xbox live profile signed in elsewhere and then it said my profile was suspended and then a second later I tried to sign in on one of my other accounts and then it said I had been Console Banned and I was wondering if I could get some information on why this has happens
My gamer tag was-(Stealth Servers) guys please comment and help me out it would really help me outClick to expand...

The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

my xbox got banned

xbox live support can be pretty useful.. but they will not discuss bans. You need to find a way to get intact with xbox live enforcement team. But if you got console banned, that means you have done something before. And you would see where they would think you are the hacker or "cheater".

Check your email for upon receiving a device ban, any account that attempts to sign in to the Xbox Live service will receive a notification. Just know that Device bans are not issued lightly, and occur when a particular Xbox console or Xbox on Windows device
is used to violate the Code of Conduct in an egregious or repeated manner

But the person that reported us contacted the support team? And before i received a ban from the enforcement i also got in contact with the support team explaining my situation to prevent getting a ban from the enforcement team

As was mentioned earlier, no one can help with enforcements as it's the sole domain of the enforcement team. Without specifics we wouldn't even be able to give an opinion.

You only say that you would be given a 'better fitting' ban and that you MAY only receive a 2 week ban. However, unless the enforcement team specifically said that your ban length would be reduced or the terms of the ban adjusted then my suspicion is that you're still perma banned.

Bans don't occur without evidence. Especially console bans.

No one is banned without reason. If the enforcement team investigates your account and finds nothing they will not ban you. If you received a ban, you can view it on enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review if eligible for one.
