My CONSOLE got banned for NOTHING!

I haven't been home for months. When I returned I found my console BANNED! Not an account, but my whole entire console! I've never played on line, i've never said or did anything offensive, NO reason to ban me. When I called microsoft, they couldn't find
the reason my console was banned, neither. Now I don't have a way of unbanning my console! HELP!!!!

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans and as already stated, there is no way to contact them regarding console bans. There is no way to have the console unbanned.

Rep has nothing to do with suspensions/bans. You can have a perfect rep and still get a permanent ban on an account/console.

Like I said.... My reputation is SPOTLESS! Absolutely no reason to ban my WHOLE ENTIRE console! And

False bans extremely rare on Xbox as all complaints are reviewed by a human being before action is taken but you claim to have somehow fallen victim to this multiple times? Something does not add up. Did you send vulgar language in a message to anyone?
