    My console does not detect wifi anymore


    Hello everyone

    Let me tell you about my issue, the thing is that one day from nowhere my xbox one started to have problems to detect any wifi signal, i tried to reset my console, unplug my wifi, etc. I ended up calling support and after following their steps i do not work, this has been bothering me for a few months and i'm desperate, i hope anyone can help me

    I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your console.

    I believe additional information is needed.

    If you don't mind, please answer the following questions:

    • May I ask which Xbox model you have?

    • Do you have any external devices plugged into your console's USB ports?

    • To clarify, do you get any error codes/messages when you go to Settings > General > Network Settings > Set up a wireless network? or is it simply not detecting any networks?

    • Besides resetting your console and unplugging your WiFi, have you tried anything else to fix this? if you have, could you tell me what you've tried so far?

    This does not work. I have tried doing this.

    Just wanted to clarify again that my Xbox detect every other Wifi network, but does not detect a mobile hotspot wifi.

    No wifi at all

    I've tried everything and notice that my Wifi Mac Address was 00-00-00-00-00... I did a factory reset of the console and now the console cant detect my wired network. So I cant boot the console to the dashboard anymore .

    I guess i need to get my console serviced. What a bad timing!!
