My computer started to lag in games what can I do about that?

I got a wireless controller adapter and a xbox one controller for my pc. Everything works just fine for the first 30 minuites then all of a sudden whatever game it starts lagging. On some games it even freezes. If i put my batteries out and back
in the controller it the lag disapears. What can I do to solve this issue?

What he is complaining about is the lag he was having.

Internet tampering is the use of a lag switch or other computer to time out players.

If his connection was that bad, he should have jumped into another game.

I'm having this issue on my original Xbox One (had it for about a year) ever since the forced update on Monday. It is especially bad when trying to type multiple messages in Warframe chat, and I can hear my console chugging away whenever I'm doing anything.

The Store lags, my games lag, the Game DVR App lags, my Settings lag... Everything lags.

If this is to do with that update, they need to fix this fast. I keep thinking my Xbox One is about to give up and die with a new form of RRoD.
