    Hi, recently i have tried to play the game sea of thieves on two computers with windows 10, forming a crew. In one of them, the game makes the computer shuts down by itself after some time has passed inside the game. But according
    to the site canyourunit, my computer is fine in terms of minimal requirements, with the exception of the CPU, but my brother has almost the same computer and he doesn't have this bug on his notebook(instead of core i5, he has i7). I have tried to run the game
    on the lowest graphic configuration possible and even tried the energy economy mode on my computer but the bug still happens. What can I do to make my game run without presenting the bug?

    if your comp is shutting down it can be a few things (not the game)

    your cpu or video card is over heating.

    your power supply is faulty

    your video card is faulty

    bad ram stick.

    I have experienced the same issue when playing final fantasy a realm reborn, but any other game didn't give me the bug. To solve the issue on final fantasy, I changed the direct x from 11 to 9 and the problem was solved. is there any way that i can use the
    directx 9 instead of 11 on sea of thieves?

    Unless the game gives you that option it may not be possible, unfortunately.

    You might try reaching out to your video cards manufacturer to see if there is a known issue with the model you own or see if the drivers need to be updated. .

    counting time

    I'm playing on a computer Microsoft solitaire collection and the so called "Event" where the different games are all on time. And when I'm shutting the program and then the computer the "Event" game still counts. And next morning when I continue playing
    I've got 7-8 or more hours added to my result. In that way I have to finish the game on the same day or not shut down my computer during night.

    Laptop CPU Temperatures running way too hot when playing Sea of Thieves

    It is usual for laptops that they are overheating, also if your laptot did not shut-down during high temperatures - it means temperatures are not too high to shut it down. Also try to clean the computer and check if fans are working as they supposed to
    do. Main thing, do not play the game in bed if blanket is under your laptop, it is obvious that temperatures are high.
