My computer is unable to connect to XboxLive servers.

I can't play forza online, and when I check my connection in the Xbox app, it says that the server connectivity is blocked.

But when I restart my computer, it works only for several minutes, then stops.

I've contacted the Windows support several times already, but none of them managed to fix that.

Are the multiplayer servers still up?

I have been unable to connect to the EA servers for 3 days now but my 360 still connects to xboxlive and Netflix. Did EA pull the plug on the servers?1

 

cant play the game on the online franchise on madden 12

i can connect to xboxlive and the ea servers but when i go into my franchise and try to play my franchise game it goes to the loading screen and then freezes.on a seperate note i also cant connect to the three other computers on my network even though im
hardwired into the modem itself.

Affected platforms:



Xbox One



This could be the cause of your issue please check here:
Xbox Live Service Status to check if things are back to normal. Once the Service alert is over you should be able to sign in without further issue.

You can request to be notified when the
Service Alert is over via a one-time text by entering your cell phone number.

I think you can try this workaroud, some users said that worked. If you dont want to wait, the workaround is removing your account from your console and re add it again. But notice that this workaround worked with some other users but doesnt mean that will
work with all.

Some info here how to do it: Add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One
