    Hi Jerry,

    I'm not quite sure what the issue is that you are presenting here. The screenshot you posted displays your computer's connection to Xbox Live services, which seems to be blocked, but there isn't any indication that it's causing a security breach on your
    system. All current Windows operating systems will have Xbox Live and Gaming services operational by default, so what you are seeing there is your Xbox Live connection, not someone else's.

    The Xbox Live services would not affect or block your calls as there is no correlation between the two. Have you open Windows Defender to scan your system for any threats?
