If the issue persists, try this:

Open the Xbox app on PC > name of the game > ... > Manage > Files > Verify and Repair

I have a similar problem, such as the Black Ops freezing after a certain amount of ingame time. Do all your games freeze? Some of my games freeze at startup, and others gave graphical glitches, while others freeze after entering gameplay. Whats really weird
is that FIFA 10 freezes at startup, but FIFA 11 doesn't freeze at all.

Ok, guys and girls, I solved the problem! For me the problem was when the bomb explodes, I got a freeze with white screen and needed to power down and restart X360. I deleted the game and redownloaded.

The same thing happened. Freeze after bomb explodes. But then I let it be on and after approximataley 5 minutes the game continued and I got no more freezes when hitting the bomb! Have been playing for 1 - 2 hour more and no more freezing at all. Also
restarted the game - no more problems.

I am having a similar problem expect I purchased the game on demand two days ago. I didid all of the installing and when I went to play it it froze. I restarted my xbox and it froze again. It would do the rockstar intro and say, "loading story mode" then
go back to a black screen, do the rockstar thing again and freeze. I have deleted and reinstalled everything multiple times and it still freezes. I moved it to different harddrives and tried playing it from there. Nothing. I have even cleared the system cache
multiple times. What do i do?

I should also note through more attempts to play the game the issue appears to have gotten worse after the factory restore. It now freezes after one loading screen. Meaning I can start the game go to one place and then once I go past a certain point it
freezes.
