My computer blacks out ONLY when playing microsoft games

I don't play xbox, I don't have an xbox. I play on the computer. I think it's not a matter of the account, it's the game itself. As I said, when I first opened the game, a microsoft tab appeared, loading something, it was about 15 minutes and it didn't
go out of 0%. something like that. So I canceled, uninstalled the game and installed it again, but that loading tab no longer appears, the game is only on a black screen.

I have been having the same issue. I did the reset for the Microsoft Solitaire and went from Level 800 on all games to 0! I started playing again and got to Level 8. Tonight when I opened the Game my computer froze, and the only way that I could get out was to shut down the computer! I tried again and the same thing happened again! What is going on with Microsoft Solitaire Games?????

Wanted to play the daily challenge games of the Microsoft Solitaire Collection 6/23/15. Clicked on the Tri-Peaks icon first. As usual, an ad started to play, but it stopped with just a black screen and froze. I uninstalled the game and restarted my computer.
I then re-installed the collection and the same thing happened. I rebooted the computer today 6/24/15 and an ad came up and froze the screen black. Down at the bottom of the black screen you see a time bar set to 00 and an opportunity to upgrade to no ads.
I tried playing the Jigsaw games and they worked fine. It's just the Microsoft Solitaire Collection for me so far. Please find a fix!!!

2. THE PERSON PAID FOR THE PREMIUM DELUXE VERSION OF A GAME WHICH CAN BE PLAYED ONLINE OR OFFLINE A MICROSOFT GAME NONETHELESS PURCHASED AND OWNED BY THE OWNER

3. THERE IS NO REASONABLE EXCUSE TO EVEN HAVE THIS SO CALLED LIMIT OF OFFLINE PLAY ENABLED .... ESPECIALLY WHEN ONLY ONE PERSON WHO PAID FOR HIS ONE GAME PLAYS IT ALONE AND NO ONE ELSE CAN AND THE PERSON ONLY HAS ONE COMPUTER

I'm playing on a computer Microsoft solitaire collection and the so called "Event" where the different games are all on time. And when I'm shutting the program and then the computer the "Event" game still counts. And next morning when I continue playing
I've got 7-8 or more hours added to my result. In that way I have to finish the game on the same day or not shut down my computer during night.
