My completely appropriate LFG post got flagged? Please help!

Hello I was informed by customer support rep Leslie Marie to make a post here. I made a simple LFG post for Monster Hunter Worlds & for some reason it got flagged & there was an “enforcement action” flagged on my account. It contained no penalty involving
a suspension or communication suspension.

The rep (Leslie) informed me that there is indeed absolutely nothing wrong with the post & possibly some random player reported it? Super confused why I’m being “punished” for something that is completely within the guidelines for the terms of service, not
only that but how in the world did it get flagged?

The post said “MH5 looking for others to grind n chill” I used the “Adults Only” and “Mic Required” tags. Would post a screen shot if I could but it gets automatically removed once it gets flagged so instead here are the screen shots of the conversation

Support was incorrect to tell you to post in the forums. They dont have anything to do with enforcement team actions so they tend to give incorrect information.

The enforcement team doesnt use/look at the forums. There are mostly just gamers such as yourself here who dont work for Microsoft.

The only way to reach the enforcement team would be to file for a case review (if eligible) on the enforcement team website using the steps described here:

depends what you mean hear the same story

Since you cannot repost the same offending content without incuring the infraction of posting violations of the terms of use

I'm going to go with "did you ever hear of innocent people being suspended "

Again that is only one sided and usually is incorrect as they only present one side and don't misunderstand how the enforcement team actually works

Suspension are rarely instant so you don't know what offence incured the suspension or they think he started it iand I have every right to retaliate which common sense says is wrong depends how much you rely on common sense really

Asking to buy/sell/trade anything in LFG posts are actually not allowed. That is probaby why it is flagged. LFG posts are only meant for looking for others to play a game with.
