My code is showing as already redeemed but I don't have the items - What should i do?

I have the same issue, also on steam, has been almost 2 weeks now. I've already had game pass on this account in the past so i can't exactly redownload it from the microsoft store without having to pay

Could you try downloading Sea of Thieves from the Microsoft Store?

This is to check if you receive the content as soon as you open the game.
After that, open the game from Steam and check if the items carry over.

You could try getting a trial of PC Game Pass in case you didn't subscribe the service before.
