My code has been scratched off on my Xbox game pass card.

Although, on some cards, it does not have these barcodes. It will have all of the information Xbox needs to identify and activate the membership or gift card

Also, when you purchased the gift card, was the code already scratched off?

I have exactly the same problem, my son scratched the silver panel off and scratched the first part of the code off, there is a bar code & number on the card so surely this can be retrieved???

I recently got a $50 Xbox gift card and I just scratched off the code and entered in the code on my XBOX and on the website. Both say that the code has already been redeemed. How is this possible when I just scratched off the code and entered it

Personally a few weeks ago the same thing happened to me and it was a problem with the Xbox system, the redemption of the code had to be done manually with a service agent.

How rigerously do you have to scratch off the silver part of a code card to scratch off the code?!?!?
