I'm so embarrassed. There was a promotion for Groove to sign up and get three free months. I received my code to my Xbox One in which case I didn't see it and it expired till last night looking at messages I never knew about. I usually get all things
routed to my email. I never knew and thought I got messages to my Xbox One. My expired code is: ... . If you want the old code I could send it too you. I would of totally used it if I had known it was sent there. So I was just wondering if it was possible
to receive a new code?

Groove 3 month code

Hello,

i saw the groove offer months ago (buy 1 month get 3 free) so i used that offer and i thought im supposed to recieve a code and i was told multiple times that im gonna recieve the code via email and i never recieved it i go on check my xbox today and see
the messages section and i find the code there and its already expired because i didn't have access to my xbox i don't know if im supposed to post the expired code here to hopefully get a new code

Received an expired 3 month Groove promo code, need a new one

I got a 3 month Groove promo code around 9/21 and I can't redeem it. After 2 tries with Xbox support it turns out it expired before it was issued. It was part of the one month get 3 months free promotion. I'd like to get a new code please. Thank you.

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to replace expired codes. The codes we send are the ones that you have already received in your Xbox Live messages. I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience. Do keep an eye out for any future promotions you may be interested

Hi i purchased the same promotion and was wondering if anyone has recieved the code.

You don't recieve a code until a full billing cycle which is 30 days which makes it not possible to use the code by the 31st i didn't even recieve the code until mid september

And i didn't recieve it where i was supposed to recieve it which caused it to expire

Again this is Microsoft's problem not mine

Hey there -

From the Terms of Service for that promotion:

During the first 30 days, customer will receive a promo code for 3 months of Groove Music Pass at no charge. Upon completion of the promotional period, membership will be automatically
billed as specified at signup unless cancelled. Limit 1 promo code per customer, single use only, Promo code must be used by December 29th, 2016.

Do note that when you receive a code there IS an expiration date. If you haven't received your code after 30 days of membership, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll look into it.

Promotions expire after a year. Since that offer was about 4 years ago, it is no longer possible to receive those codes.
