    My code didn't redeem and was deleted


    I got the carbuncle preorder code for final fantasy 15 over Xbox live and when I went to redeem the code it actually deleted the message.

    Halo ODST Code

    I also didn't redeem my code before the Xbox live message deleted itself. Is there anything i can do to get that ODST code back.

    Haven't received pre order bonus code

    Bought Final Fantasy XV and accidentally deleted my special preorder for noctis outfit and pet and the code didn't have the redeem it just had delete but I already double tapped A button and deleted it. Please help!

    Thanks for the fast answer.

    I alredy tried to restart the console but I hadn't try to delete and add my account, so I tried but it didn't work.

    I re-entered the code again and got a Message that says: Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page.

    The Instruction says, that I have to go to xbox.com and redeem the code there, but appears the same message. What confuses me is that the code is showing as redeemed in my Orders.
