    I downloaded CoD MW2 from gamepass a few days ago for my Xbox series X. I’ve been playing fine no problems, but today my game has crashed. My online profile has glitched itself to 10th prestige showing my online completion at 1100%. I can’t access any game without the whole game crashing on me.

    I’ve tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling etc. Is there any way you can reset your online profile? If not, what else can I try?

    I’m rather gutted this has happened. Any help would be much appreciated.

    try to remove from quick resume the games that you have saved with quick resume on the console, and if you have more apps or games open in the background, close them.

    Then do a cache clear and try one of the games.

    14th or 15th Prestige?

    ^^Well then why prestige at all? Only difference is some "emblems"? I just made the descision to stop at 14th because so many glitched 15th. Same as in MW2, so many modded to 10th, that 9th was the better thing to do , IMHO. I think Im only 2 or 3 on MW2
    though, with 59 days played in MP. Sat at 0 prestige 70 for couple years, then my boy decided to prestige in it.
