My "COD Cold War", Xbox one, loads to "press start" menu but won't let me play. How do I fix?

I recently bought the Call of Duty. It says press a to start but will not do anything.

If that’s the case, please give this a try:
1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

Also disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again

I network transferred CoD Cold War from my xbox one to series s that was on disc and now I'm getting this error code and the game won't start, can this be fixed?

I shut off and turned on like you said still didn't let me play DMZ war zone then I Uninstalled and reinstalled still won't let me play just glitches when I press to play it won't load just glitches

I just reset my xbox and reinstalled CoD Cold War and it’s still asking me to buy the game i had preorderd the ultimate edition when the game was on preorder and have played since day 1 of Cold War and this has never happend till yesterday
