My cloud games are not showing up to be played as cloud games?

First, make sure that you have an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/services.

Once confirmed, may I ask what device you have so we can check what are the necessary steps to perform?

When you play through the Xbox app on a smart tv, you are playing through the cloud. Only games available for cloud gaming will show up. It doesn't make it possible to play just any of your games that you own, only the ones that support cloud gaming with a Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

Hard resetting the console is usually the first thing people try when get errors that can't be explained. (Hold power button 10 seconds then turn back on)

Well, one thing you can try is reset the entire OS.

Settings> System> Console info> Reset Console> Keep my games and apps>

You technically could reset and remove everything, but I don't recommend it as its not guaranteed to fix it and you would have to redownload all your games (how ironic when trying to make could games work)

When you "keep games and apps" the only thing that's a concern about losing, if you have two consoles and synced the wrong gamesave to the cloud. (Just wanted to make that transparent so you wont have to beat GTA again like me..)

No I've had it a few months now. Even in the store it doesn't give me the option for cloud play. I've been trying to figure this out the last few hours and getting nowhere.

That's really weird, mine have clouds everywhere. Did you just barely get gamepass or something? Could take time to pop up in my games and apps. If that's the case I'd try looking the game up through the store and try cloud play from there.
