    My clips are recorded but I can’t watch them


    So recently ive been having this problem where i record it and it captures it but when i go back to see my clip it just stays in the one frame even though it said the clip is more than 20 seconds, it wont show any of the gameplay i recorded, i need help

    Hey, sorry to hear you are having an issue with the game clips, have you tried looking on another device other than the xbox to see if they are available, this sometimes works for me. Hope this was helpful in solving your problem:)

    GeneralSub said, that the clips aren't out of sync when played on the xbox website. I CAN'T confirm that! When I watch my Clips on the Xbox website they are exactly the way out of sync they are on Xbox One. So my guess is, the problem is the recording itself,
    as the clips seem to be recorded out of sync.
