    My child’s Xbox & PS4 Hacked by Grown man...


    Trying to impersonate my kid! This man hacked into our Epic accounts & he pretends to be a little kid & has gained access to my kids friends by posing as my kid.

    I have contacted Epic repeatedly for 2 years now & need help/advice on how to proceed in getting this Man out of our accounts! Thank you & God Bless

    Thanks, yes I’ve been trying to resolve this w/Epic for almost 2yrs now, to no avail. Even after I provided the Hackers email acct! Do u think if i showed up @ Epic headquarters w/the consoles they would help in person? I’m seriously THAT frustrated!

    I have tried. Hacker has control. I just asked Epic to disable my accts until they can secure them with MY emails. Yes, I am going to the Police tomorrow & asking them to subpoena this Hackers identity/activity via Epic.

    first change you're emails and password then please contact support and contact authorities for inappropriate behavior over internet there a ton of law all depends country but as father at least try

    Thanks, yes I tried that also. If i close the Xbox account temporarily, would that do anything? The hacker has total control & it’s unnerving a grown man is pretending to be a 9yo boy in order to talk to the many children. Hacker also has my real name
    & address since he took control of the accounts. I can’t even disable the Epic accounts. I’m ready to go to Cary NC in person over this!
