My child's account was hacked

I recommend logging into the email address associated with the account. If you do not have access to the email account, then follow the recovery steps for that account.

Thus when she tries to log in with ******* Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** a message is shown that such account does not exist,.

Let me ask you something. Do you know the absolute facts, or are you taking your childs story as absolute fact?

The enforcement team can see the IP address the console is logged into when sending messages or doing anything. If the enforcement team banned the account for life, then the account most likely deserved it. Just because you or your child says they were"
Hacked" doesnt make that the case. As suggested, call support and they can look into the claim of being "hacked". The majority of the time, the kids werent "hacked", sent naughty messages, and lied to their parents. U suspect your child is lying to you. Seeing
as you cant be "hacked" on Xbox Live, your child has some explaining to do.

Let's say that the only alternative you have at this moment is to send the account recovery form (Believe me, the only option is through the recovery form), I have also gone through this situation, but I did not go through the entire process to recover it quickly but nevertheless I can give you some recommendations:

The first thing is to enter information that the account has, in case a phone number or card has been deleted, you should simply omit that information and not add it to the form. That said, you can enter the following link:
