only the account holder, the account that actually pays the bill for the subscription, currently has access to cloud services via Game Pass ultimate

Your son on Fortnite would be accessing the free servers which on weekends are typically overloaded

If you are referring to cloud gaming, then the account should have the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription to have this feature work. My co-moderator is correct that only the account who has active subscription can play the game in the cloud.

I was trying to play fortnight and it stayed “Unable to start gaming session” how do you fix it

Only message is on the game, “unable to connect to world”. Also, no, we do not have childs accounts. I am grown and still playing minecraft with my sister lol
