    My Child received a suspension and I need to know what they said


    I would like to preface this question. I am already aware of the case review process and the enforcement page. Since my child's offending comment was not up for case review, I cannot find out what was said. Can I speak with someone from the enforcement
    team about receiving a transcript of my child's communication? I checked his messages and I did not find anything. Ultimately, this will help his mother and I educate our child.

    Hello Plat Salsa,

    Like many other amabassadors stated, unfortunately the enforcement team won't share that information.

    I just wanted to add that it might also be cause by comments on other people content, Xbox Live clubs, in-game messages and/or in-game behavior.

    I'm sorry for what happened.

    Hello, there is no way to receive or request transcript from the xboz enforcement team for protection reasons
