    Hi,

    I am trying to approve a purchase request on my child's account. The account information page indicates she has $11.34 remaining on her account. I am trying to approve a purchase request for $2.49 and I keep getting sent to add more money to the account.
    She clearly has enough remaining on the balance. We am I stuck in this loop?

    Thank you for your answer.

    When I go to my child's profile, I see two options under the "family" tab in my Microsoft account:
    - Microsoft account balance
    - Credit cards

    Be so kind and explain to me:
    Option a) - You say that I can authorize my child to purchase - the question is how to do it safely? This is the option to add a credit card to my child's account?

    Option b) - You mean my child can use my gaming account? I don't like to mix it up.

    Option c) - Should I add any funds to my child's account? What if this solution fails? Will I be able to get this money back? I just lost about $ 25 and wouldn't want to do it again.
