    My child can't Play fortnite

    I opened the Settings at Family area and tried to activate the allowance for Online Multiplayer games but the sheet "xbox one online security does not load the Settings of my child (Message: Can not load, please try later…)

    This is very bad.

    Maybe the age of my child is the Problem. It is wrong. But i can't Change the age at any Point.

    Some help would be great.

    BUG - Cross platform play does not enable for child accounts no matter what settings you set. This needs EPIC/MS attention

    Installed the November 2018 update for XBOX One and the latest update for Fortnite. Even with the above mentioned settings for privacy & online safety enabled the option for cross-platform play on Fornite is still not available when signed in from the
    child account.

    How do i get the crossplatform to show on my fortnite settings?

    Hello

    As of right now child accounts are unable to play cross platform on Fortnite. You can contact Epic Games for more information here

    Fortnite Support Center    . You can get on any adult account and be able to access those settings. This is something that is being looked into and more information will be released as soon as it is available.

    Hello,

    Please try to do a full restart by holding in the power button until console turns off then turn it back on to change the settings. In most cases the console just needs a fresh restart I hope this helps!
