    My child cannot accept game invites.


    So I have the family accounts set, an all the settings/ consent unrestricted for my kid but it still wont let her accept game invites or party invites. Not sure where else to check. Went though the xbox setting an xbox bar settings by turning all notification on an everything. What am I missing???

    If I may ask, is she getting an error whenever she's trying to accept a game or part invite? If yes, can I have the error, please?

    Game progress from parent account to child account

    You should always have own account for everyone. Unfortunately progress/saves cannot be transferred from one account to another.

    Regarding a question that can you make an adult account part of your family group as a child? Yes you can. You just need to add the email address as a child to your family and from that account accept that invite.

    He gamertag isnt popping up on the online of offline option in the game loading screen for me to invite and when I get invited from her it keeps saying cannot accept

    Preview program question.

    Hi there iKountry Boi customer support cannot tell if you were invited or accepted into the preview program, However just because you recieve an invite doesnt gurantee you will be accepted into the preview program. Right now they are taking invites in waves
    so you will have to keep checking your messages on your console for the acceptance message.

    It is causing some issues with connectivity. I often cannot accept a game invite without first entering the game, and I'm often disconnected from xbox live.
