    11.17.2017 was bought "Xbox Live Gold" and few games. I did not do that! May be this do my child, but I

    did not allow this. And I think two of this games not for his age. Another games are Lego games and this games not good. We bought same game before, but eyes of my son ached. And about gold status. We dont need it. We didn't use month gold status, which was
    given when we by XBOX 360. We did use all this products. We didnt download this games or any games with golden status. Please return money, they need us for the treatment of children.

    GOLD Account lost because promoting

    I lost my Gold account because i promoted from child to adult. I want my Gold status back!!!!

    How to re-assign Gold status

    I set up a MS account in order to establish a parent account for my son. I established the account and associated the child account without a problem, however, I mistakenly redeemed a Gold account membership under my profile rather than his. Can I delegate
    the Gold status to the child account and return the parent account to free status? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

    Since gems just started on October 1, it would be too soon to receive gems for Golden Child. This would be the 3rd month so you would receive them in January.
