My Challenges - Gold Dust - Part 2

Hi,

Thank you for your reply to my Forum Post, unfortunately it was closed before I could reply.

The T&C state:

• Gold Dust: Play a featured Games with Gold title for at least 10 hours during the featured period for 3 months in a row, earn 100 MyVIP Gems

The featured period for Zombi was January 16 - February 15 & the featured period for Assassin's Creed Chronicles was February 16 - March 15. I met the 10h playtime requireent, for both games, within the featured period.

Hello Wise Owl 2000,

You only had roughly five hours of playtime for the title "ZOMBI" in January. The other seven hours were in the month of February. You did not play Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India at all in the month of February; all your playtime was in March. Therefore,
you have not had a consecutive three months of at least 10 hours of featured Games with Gold play time, since you only had five hours in January and zero in February.

I've met the requirements for this challenge, but it still hasn't registered.

December - Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide 10h 01m

January - Zombi 12h 16m

February - Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India 10h 23m

March - Brave: The Video Game (Time not recorded - but over 10h)

Please could you look into this for me?

Hey Wise Owl 2000,

We can confirm your overall play time; with the exception of Vermintide, your play time met or exceeded the 10 hour minimum requirement. We have your Vermintide time at 9 hours and 52 minutes, and are looking into having our team adjust the other 8 minutes.
However, we are also reaching out to this team to see if they can clarify and adjust this offer for completion if necessary. While we see that you did play a title with a featured period that began in February, you did not actually play in the month of February,
so our system is currently flagging a break in consecutive months of play time (the "3 months in a row" requirement of the terms you mention above). Once they get back to us with why this offer did not complete, we will update this thread! Apologies for any
inconvenience caused by the delay while we work with our other teams.

Apologies for the extended delay. We were able to track down a certain edge case that occurred due to the date ranges in December and in February. Due to an error in how our tracking was calculating the last days of those months, we were missing some time
if you played on the last day of the month as well as a certain title in February. We have manually adjusted your account, and we can now confirm that you have 10+ hours in December, January, February, March and April. Again, we apologize for the severe delay
in identifying this issue. You should see this MyChallenge complete in the next 96 hours, after the changes have fully populated throughout our database.
