    my gt is I sumited a case review and It was upheld within not even 2 days it didn't ask for additional info witch makes me think the case review being upheld was unfair and I ask and of the enforcement team to look back into my account
    and do what ever you can I have been a loyal xbox player for over 7 years and I don't want to create another xbox account and reset all my progress

    If the case review as upheld that means they looked into the reasoning on why you were suspended again (they already investigated it once before that when you were issued the suspension) and still found you did something to violate the code of conduct.
    There's nothing else that can be done.

    The suspension is permanent does this mean that ive lost $2000+ worth of content because of a false accusation?? im not satisfied woth the way this case is being treated

    No, there is no way to supersede any decision made by the Enforcement Team.

    If you case was upheld, then the only other option would be to wait until the suspension is over.

    You forfeit anything you had on the account in the case of a permanent ban. Since you submitted a case review, that means the enforcement team investigated your account twice and determined something was done to violate the code of conduct/terms of service.
