MY CARRER SAYS UNDER AGE, AND WHEN I TRY TO CONNECT ONLINE I CAN'T

I have been playing Mycareer with no problems got up to overall 84 until a couple of days ago my mycareer says my account is underaged or I haven't created it, also when I try to connect online its asks for my birthday and email and when I submit my info
it tells me the 2ksports severs are unavailable and takes me back to the main menu. by the way my Microsoft account is over 21 so im lost on how im under age and why I can't connect and this isn't the first time this has happened to me I didn't complain about
my first account but this is absurd I have invested extra money as well into both accounts just to lose it i'm HIGLY FRUSTRATED PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for reaching out to the forums for advice on how to get this issue with your Mycareer file dealt with. I can totally understand how this could be pretty distressing, let's see if we can point you in the right direction towards a resolution. Since
this is a file that they maintain through their servers, you should try any of the troubleshooting here on NBA 2K20 - Missing MyCAREER
File or just straight up getting in contact with 2k here.

First try remove and then add again your account on the box-

Then, try power cycle your console: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/power/restart-or-power-cycle-console

I think this is an issue you will have to take up with the NBA2k devs, as your 2k account goes through them not through microsoft
