    Hello. My card was illegally withdrawn for GOLD subscription. I did not buy it. I request refunds illegally withdrawn without a warning. The more I'm leaving on vacation now, I do not need a subscription.I bought GOLD to polzovatsya

    said person pays up. For all uninformed posters. If you dont know then dont make stupid claims regarding billing access.

    I was charged for nothing. On December 16, UAH 190 was withdrawn from my card. there is nothing in the purchase history. the card is connected only to this account. in the purchase history it is written that the last purchase was on November 23. And now I have an activated subscription (which I did not buy) until January 7th. But the money was collected on December 16!!!!! "Where's the Logic??? What is it?!?""

    This should be illegal, just like the way the bank were doing with the overdraft charges. But since it isn't illegal this should be a feed back for MS to take in consideration about not auto renewal anybody gold with a credit card, unless you turn it on
    yourself.
