    My Call of Duty is not wanting update


    I have been waiting for an hour trying to get the update but It is not showing up in my manage updates tab, and when I try to open the game it keeps saying

    "Update needed

    You need this update, but we can't get it right now. Try again in a while. (0x8b050033)"

    I really want to get this update because they are bringing back the Kilo 141 and the HDR and I'm real excited. But I really don't want to have to delete the game and reinstall it, can anyone please help me with this one?

    Thank you my friend, i have looked at it and noticed it was a major outage, kinda bummed that I can't get it now, but seeing how they are immediately fixing it makes me 'appies

    I’m currently having the same problem. I tried to update call of duty modern warfare, but it refuses to update. I canceled the update and uninstall the entire game, I am even went as far as to factory reset my Xbox. But to no prevail I am unable to install
    call of duty modern warfare.

    call of duty will not update

    Try hard resetting the game and log back in. Mine sometimes does this if I'm playing the game when the update comes out
