My bumpers sounds different i think somthing wrong with my right bumper

I have registered the device to my microsoft account and it as you can there is 2 years warranty for this this device but according to websites that i found there is just 90 days of warranty. Which one is right ?

and One more thing my friend bought it for me from germany and I am living in Turkey. Is there any thing that i need to know about international warranty or is it work just the same like i bought it from Turkey.

Both are correct. The standard warranty for an Xbox controller is 90 days but it also depends on your country/region.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your bumpers. I believe this is already a mechanical issue so you may need to consider sending it in to have it repaired/replaced. If it's under warranty, you can create a Service Order for it by following the steps below;

1. Sign in to account.microsoft.com/devices.

2. Locate the device that needs service > click on Show details > select Start order.

Once you submit your Service Order, you'll receive a shipping label together with the instruction email on how you're going to send your device. You should receive it within 24-48 hours so please keep an eye on your email inbox, junk, or spam filters.

My day one is the same way the right side bumper is fine firm click and works well but the left side bumper there is no sound and feels off. I know it doesn't work the best I notice it most in games like Ghosts where I cook a 9 bang and then it just random
throws it half cooked even though firm pressure is on the bumper. My sons controller I bought at Christmas is very different feel on both bumpers then my Day One controller.

I never thought to return it at all I don't use the left bumper much except in Ghosts. Too late now... Figure I'll buy a new White controller when they are out.

Well, I don't know if I should return them to get new ones. I think it is kinda drastic to have two controllers with the same problem.

On the one I primarily plays with, I left bumper works fine. Has a high click sound, and is very sensitive. the other one, allmost doesnt say click, and I have to push it pretty hard or else it reacts like I just stops pushing the button.

But my second controller I bought seperately (from the same place) have the exact same problem just with the right bumper. The left bumper for that controller is perfectly fine.

The have the EXACT same problem, just with the different bumper.
