    My Bumbers are breaking over and over


    Hello Microsoft Support,



    I spend 300€ on xbox one controllers now. The bumpers always break innerly it feels like. My latest bought controller that broke i bought about 6 month ago I guess. After not getting a replacement for my broken elite controller!!!!! would you replace this
    one please?

    I have the original wrapping with a model No and Date, unfortunatly i cant find the receipt yet.

    Can you please help me? It makes me sad :/

    PS. i never had such issues with original old xbox controllers (which were the best), nor with 360 controllers.

    my puzzles reload over and over.

    when playing a jigsaw puzzle they reload over and over. I lose the puzzle constantly and have to reload the game then find the puzzle I was working on. The last one was a 364 pc puzzle that reloaded 11 times during the course of completion. I generally
    can do this puzzle I less that 20 minutes. This lasted over an hour.

    Downloading over watch breaks Xbox?

    Reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

    Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

    In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

    To reset the console>

    Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

    ***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***

    If the problem persists, I'm afraid the disc is defective. I recommend contacting Blizzard-Activision to check their disc swap policy.

    I'm Samy an independent advisor. Welcome to the Xbox community. How are you?

    Remove the disc from the console, do these 2 steps below, and try again, please.

    Step 1: Clear the storage cache on your console.

    Press the Menu key on your controller.

    Click Settings, devices&streaming and then go Blu-Ray.

    Select Persistent Storage.

    Click Clear Persistent Storage 3 times

    Step 2: Power cycle your console.

    Press and hold the console's power button until the console turns off, remove the power and HDMI cable for a few minutes, plug everything back in, turn the console on.

    If you have an external hard drive connected to your console, please remove it as well and try installing the game to the console's internal memory.

    Hi, it may also be worth trying the following.

    -

    On your console go to settings - system - storage, highlight your storage device and press the following buttons in sequence on your controller.

    -

    LB,RB,X,LB,RB,X

    -

    You will be asked to confirm deletion of the system update, confirm deletion, this will clear any failed system update you have, the console will restart and you will need to update again.

    -

    If that does nothing for you then could you take a look at the following link please and try the suggestions there.
