My bro Minecraft acc got hacked

Hello so my brother Minecraft account got hacked by a Chinese person I presume.So full story my brother somehow got his gmail hacked and stole his Minecraft account so I tried to contact mojang support WITH THE MINECRAFT KEY THAT COME WITH THE GIFTCARD and they said to contact Microsoft support then I proceeded to contact them for a few weeks I got access to the gmail that has the Minecraft account but the hacker log me out so I gave up.

It has been about 3 month pls help me

So for the first option I think I can’t because they change my brother Minecraft gmail
