    My brand new Xbox can't connect to the internet
    Just an S a couple days after christmas. Wire connection and it will not recognize wired connection after initial setup update. Switched back in the old xbox one and it works fine. old xbox even connects wirelessly with no problems. took my S over a family
    members house and it connected no problem. I don't get it either.

    My Xbox will not connect to the internet.

    My brand new xbox 360 just stopped connecting to the internet both wireless and lan-line.

    XBOX won't connect to XBOX Live

    It's a brand new xbox was able to connect at the start but no longer. I have a wireless internet cnnection

    Its a brand new router only taken out off the box today. in response to vibroplex its not that i can't connect to xbox live its that my xbox wont connect to my router.

    I am not able to sign in on my console, period. It is brand new. When I select "+add new", it looks like it wants to bring up a login screen, but immediately goes back to the default screen. I can't even go into settings to test my internet connection.

    Does this xbox live issue have anything to do with why I can't download the initial setup updates? I just purchased a brand new xbox one for Christmas and now the thing will not download the updates. The internet connection is good and I have restarted
    several times. I am a new xbox user and this issue is starting to make me question my choice to go with the xbox over the PS4.
