My brand new pc keeps on blue screening and i cant find the issue

Please run windows memory diagnostic.

Press the Windows key, type Windows Memory Diagnostic, and select it.

Choose Restart now and check for problems.

And then check disk for errors. To do this kindly press the Windows key + R, type cmd, and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter to open Command Prompt as an administrator.

Type chkdsk /f and press Enter.

If prompted, type Y and hit Enter.

Next is to Run System File Checker (SFC) and DISM: These tools can help repair corrupted system files.

Open Command Prompt as an administrator.

Type sfc/scannow and press Enter.

After it completes, type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and press Enter.

Kindly update device drivers.

Go to Device Manager, find your network adapter, right-click, and select Update driver.

Then check for malware. Run a full system scan with your antivirus software to ensure there's no malware causing the issue.

Thanks, CristofKaiser, indeed with a brand new controller it keeps disconnecting, so it's not the controller. [Update:] now the controllers work on my PC, but still no news on the Xbox One.

I'll keep you posted if I find a solution.

Anyone else ?

slegehammer have already said that they are using a brand new engine the new COD will only be on next gen and pc last gen is being made by blue moon

I find this white screen to be rather frustrating. I don't mind the ads. I am not paying to get rid of them, but I do want to play some solitaire games sometimes and the white screen issue keeps me from doing this. I have a brand new windows 10 system.
Top of the line Dell. I expect this to be fixed.

The problem is i cant have HDTV on, it just give me back/blue screen (That is the something on my tv)
