My bottons (A,B,X,Y, pause and select, bumpers) dont respond at all

Hi there! I am sorry to hear about what happened.

I am afraid that your controller is already faulty and needs replacement. Be sure to follow all the suggested troubleshooting steps from the link below:

To further isolate the issue, try pairing your controller to a different device or try pairing a different controller to your Xbox console.

Other thing to try is to connect your controller using a USB cable. Be sure to try multiple USB cables if one cable wouldn't work.

also try this: first clear the system cache

if that dont work do this:

Reset XBOX 360 All Installed Game Updates

1. Go to the "system" blade

2. Select "memory"

3. Press Y on the HD symbol

4. Press X,X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X,X

5. A message will appear saying: "Do you want to perform maintenance on your Xbox 360 storage devices?"

6. Select Yes

ok here is what you do

first you clear the system cash by going to settings, hard-drive, y on HDD and clear cash if that dont work do this

Reset XBOX 360 All Installed Game Updates

Go to the "system" blade

Select "memory"

Press Y on the HD symbol

Press X,X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X,X

A message will appear saying: "Do you want to perform maintenance on your Xbox 360 storage devices?"

Select Yes

it should undo it and your xbox will run back to normal try to reinstall the dlc's and see if they work
