    My Bluetooth Controller Prevents Streaming?

I've been trying to get streaming working between my Xbox One and my Razer Edge Pro tablet. I was starting to think there was something wrong with it's wireless card because I kept getting terrible streaming quality even though I had my Xbox directly connected
with an Ethernet cable to the router. On a whim, I decided to try streaming to my tablet without using my Razer Serval Gamepad. I was shocked to find that streaming is now working almost perfect. There are brief spots of lag but games were now playable. I
then tried turning on my Razer Serval and instantly the streaming quality suffered until I lost a connection. In fact, my tablet would even tell me that I no longer had internet access though I was still connected to my router. Any ideas why this is happening?

I tried playing on my Xbox One controller that was still connected to my Xbox. Most of the time it works, but I keep getting messages saying that my controller can no longer be detected and the Xbox logo will flash on my controller until it can connect to
my Xbox again. I'm assuming this is due to the distance between where my tablet is set up and my Xbox One. I then tried plugging my Razer Serval directly into my tablet using the included USB cable. The controller does connect to the tablet without causing
any issues with the streaming, but I am unable to use it to play games because the Xbox companion app apparently doesn't recognize it. Any suggestions?

    :)

    My Bluetooth Controller Prevents Streaming?

    Hello Joasem,

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. This is definitely a unique issue here. Based on the information you provided us, it is looking like there is some sort of interference directly affecting streaming and your Razer Serval. Have you tried moving
your tablet a little closer, and using the Xbox one controller instead? let us know the results.

You can also try connecting your console to a different network, or testing a different ethernet cord/port to see if it is a network stability issue.

    Hope this helps!

    Best xbox one controller?

I have an array of controllers and my controller of choice is usually my elite one controller which is a fantastic controller, although if im streaming I use my black controller that came with my one x as the elite one controller doesn't have Bluetooth.

Random Xbox one controller freezes when streaming xbox one to windows 10 pc

I am experience the same thing, tried with a controller wired, using Bluetooth, and using the Xbox Wireless adapter. My only fix is to start streaming and pair the controller directly to the console. Anyone figure this out?

Q about mobile streaming. Problem with controller

Hi, I just tried (and not with mobile streaming, the option is not available at home yet), simply by connecting my controller to my phone in bluetooth. Indeed, once the connection
is cut, it is necessary to resynchronize the controller with the console. No choice as long as they will not benefit from a remote device memory. May be for the next generation. :)

xbox one elite not having bluetooth

    Hi Pickle Rick8898,

I want to clarify what controllers have Bluetooth and which ones don't so there is no confusion. The original controller accompanying the original Xbox One console or the original Xbox Elite Wireless Controller (Series 1) does not support Bluetooth. Controllers
made after 2017 and controllers accompanying the Xbox One S or Xbox One X console, Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2, or Xbox Design Lab controller support Bluetooth. A diagram showing what controllers have Bluetooth support and which ones don't can
    be found here:
    https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-game-streaming/project-xcloud

If you have the original Elite controller, you cannot use that to connect to your phone via Bluetooth. If you have the Elite Series 2 controller, then you should be able to. The forums is a place to give advice or help troubleshoot an issue. If you have
a controller that supports Bluetooth, can you further explain what happens when trying to pair the controller to your mobile device? Do you have an Android or iOS mobile device?
